Dean C. DiLullo
Chief Executive Officer
M1 Gaming is focused on acquiring, managing and consulting for casinos in the gaming industry.
Dean DiLullo has 27 years of experience as a Casino Executive.
He has a qualified gaming background that consists of executive leadership in Gaming Operations, Marketing and Finance.
M1 is currently operating the Boomtown Casino Hotel.
This property was acquired in June of 2012.
The M1 team quick remodeled the casino and rebuilt the management team.
Since acquisition, this project has shown tremendous financial improvement and a huge increase in both employee and guest satisfaction ratings.
Prior to the Boomtown acquisition, M1 and its investors worked together to acquire the Fortune Valley Hotel & Casino in Central City, CO.
This property was quickly re-positioned and rebranded the “Reserve Casino Hotel”.
Today, the Reserve Casino Hotel is the nicest casino per square foot in Colorado.
Prior to M1, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO) for Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Before Planet Hollywood, he was with Station Casinos for over 12 years.
During Station Casino’s period of high growth, he was the General Manager for several of their properties and Vice President of Marketing for a few of their brands.
Dean has experience in both the West Coast and the Midwest.
His expertise includes local, regional, airport and resort gaming markets.
His specialty is designing strategic plans that can maximize the property’s profitability.
He is an expert in Casino Database Marketing, Special Events and Property Operations.
In addition, he has held a non-restricted gaming license in the state of Nevada.
Dean has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Arizona State University.

Ed Hernandez
Director of Operations
Ed Hernandez has over 20 years of experience in Food & Beverage and Nightclub operations, with 17 of those years in the gaming industry. Ed has in-depth knowledge of product, menu engineering, and restaurant – bar design.
Ed has worked in Southern Nevada and Colorado, developing innovative concepts in the Food & Beverage sector and focusing on efficiency, team development, training and profitability. Most recently Ed served as Food & Beverage and Project Director at Reserve Casino Hotel in Colorado.
Prior to Reserve Casino Hotel, Ed was with Station Casinos for 15 years as Food, Beverage and Nightclub Director, where he served on the Strategic Executive Leadership team responsible for day to day operations. He has a proven record of reducing loss and improving team member morale and department survey results.
Ed studied Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Jim Rolfe
Director of Finance
Jim Rolfe has over 23 years of experience in the gaming industry with extensive knowledge of financial operations through his work with Caesars Entertainment, Stations Casinos, Tropicana Entertainment and more. He has held several executive positions for Nevada properties and also spent several years at Tribal Casinos.
Most recently, he was the Director of Finance for the MontBleu Resort and Casino in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, where he spent three years. Previously, he served as the Director of Finance with Station Casinos as well as spending three years with Pearl River Resorts in Mississippi and 13 years with Caesars Entertainment at both their Tahoe and Las Vegas properties.
Jim’s knowledge of both finance and related casino Cage Operations has been used to strengthen existing operations as well as open new properties. His specialty has been to hire and train Audit, Finance and Cage/Count Room operation teams to maximize efficiency.
Jim holds his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport.
